Peel and slice 2 onions into half-rings.
Pour the coconut cream and onion pieces into an electric frying pan or any similar large-surface pan and bring it to a simmer (number 2-4 setting on mine).
Add 3 spoons of Medium Tikka Masala Curry Paste and 3 spoons of Mild Corma Simmer Sauce to the frying pan and stir thoroughly.

Lay the fillet pieces flat in the simmering sauce and cook for approximately 5-10 minutes on one side. Use a metal spatula to turn them over and cook for another 5-10 minutes on the other side.
Serve with rice or bread
